OUR EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept an order for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria: 

  1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
  2. Items must not be washed
  3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

Note - "Items must not be worn" policy applies also to underwear and all active and training shorts due to their interior liners. 

Additional Returns and Exchanges Details: 

Please note, that you may either opt to use your own shipping method to return your items, or you may use our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $15. Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge. 

Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be package separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.

** FINAL SALE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.
** Please note that Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

** International orders are not eligible for exchange ** You may return your order but please note, SEWN WEST is not responsible for any shipping costs.  Please email support@sewnwest.com for a Return Authorization form.
